Karen M. Hartnett boasts over 30 years of experience as a dedicated professional personal trainer within the fitness industry. As the proud owner of Divine Strength Fitness, she recently transitioned her business model, closing the physical storefront to emphasize her online coaching program, The Divine 40 Day Whole Body Transformation Program. Tailored specifically for Christian women over 30, this unique program aims to help Christian women shed up to 30 lbs. of excess weight. Karen's coaching goes beyond mere weight loss, embracing a “wholistic” perspective inspired by God's approach, promoting overall well-being and healing while fostering balance in spirit, body, mind, and body chemistry.

Karen's fitness journey started at the tender age of 18, competing in both bodybuilding and Ms. Fitness competitions. This passion evolved into her career while pursuing business studies at St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. Certified by AFAA and the Cooper Clinic, Karen attributes her profound expertise to over three decades of hands-on experience.

With a clientele ranging from 18 to 92 years old, Karen distinguishes herself as a Restorative Personal Trainer, a term she coined to reflect her commitment to aiding the body in regaining function, flexibility, and mobility while concurrently building strength. Her philosophy challenges conventional training methods, emphasizing the importance of addressing tightness and stress in joints, muscles, and tendons before introducing rigorous exercises. According to Karen, this approach elevates personal training to a new level, ensuring a strong and balanced body.

Adopting a “wholistic” stance, Karen designs fitness programs that not only strengthen muscles but also encompass stretching and alignment techniques, complemented by cardiovascular fitness development.
